Beginning with fresh skim milk, Milk Protein Concentrate (MPC) is ultra-filtered and spray-dried. Our MPC products perform well in a range of common food and beverage applications such as sports and active nutrition products, high-protein baked goods, nutritional bars, yogurt, ice cream and other cultured dairy products. MPC is available in many different specifications and packaged in 20-kilogram multi-ply lined Kraft paper bags or bulk food-grade totes.
