Also starting with skim milk, our Milk Protein Isolate (MPI) undergoes a high-tech filtration process that partially removes milk’s lactose and minerals while capturing essentially all the casein and whey proteins, giving you a nutritious ingredient that is 89.5% or more protein. CDI’s Milk Protein Isolate products perform well in a range of common food and beverage applications including in pediatric and infant nutrition products, high-protein beverages, and ready-to-mix powder supplements. MPI is available in many different specifications and packaged in 20-kilogram multi-ply lined Kraft paper bags or bulk food-grade totes.
